Made in Ukraine, the ZAPARA Classic brings a traditional wood-fired sauna experience to a clean, enclosed stove design. Stones sit directly above the firebox, while the outer casing gives the heater a finished appearance. Choose 12, 18 or 26 kW, select inside or outside loading, and match the finish to your sauna.
An 8 mm steel top plate, approximately 0.31 in thick, sits directly above the firebox beneath the stone compartment.
Choose models with published maximum sauna volumes of 424, 636 or 918 ft³ (12, 18 or 26 m³), depending on size.
Inside and outside loading options combine with black, stainless steel or stainless-corner casing styles. Glass-door choices are available in the configurator.
A traditional wood-fired sauna heater
Classic places its stone compartment over the firebox, allowing the fire to heat the stones through the steel beneath them. The stored heat becomes part of the sauna experience as the room warms. A double S-shaped smoke path and cast-iron grate are part of the firebox construction.
Its enclosed casing suits a sauna where you want defined lines around the heater. Choose the finish alongside your bench layout, timber and other visible hardware.
Choose your Classic sauna stove size
The 12 kW model is rated for rooms up to 424 ft³ (12 m³), the 18 kW model up to 636 ft³ (18 m³), and the 26 kW model up to 918 ft³ (26 m³). These figures are maximum room volumes, rather than minimum-to-maximum operating ranges.
Measure the sauna's interior length, width and height before selecting a model. Share those measurements and details of glazing, insulation and ventilation with ZAPARA when comparing sizes.
Inside loading or an external firebox
Inside loading places the firebox door in the sauna room, where you can tend the fire directly. The outside-loading version uses an extended firebox through a wall, allowing firewood to be added from an adjacent space.
Choose this arrangement early in your layout. The door's location affects where you store firewood, stand while loading and plan the wall opening.

For a new sauna or a heater replacement in Canada or the USA, compare the selected model's dimensions with the available installation space. Published overall lengths include the extended firebox, so confirm the dimensions of the loading version you intend to use.
Review the 120 mm flue connection, chimney plan and installation documentation with your installer. Then choose the casing, door and stone package together so your requested configuration is clear before ordering.

ZAPARA Classic: questions and answers
Is the Classic available with a glass door?
Yes. The configurator includes glass and solid-door choices. The Classic glass option uses a 200 × 200 mm viewing panel; the larger Classic Panorama is a separate model.
Does a stainless finish mean a stainless firebox?
A stainless casing describes the visible outer finish. It does not establish the material or alloy grade of the internal firebox.
Which Classic size should I choose?
Start with room volume, then review insulation, glass surfaces and ventilation. The published 12, 18 and 26 m³ figures are maximum capacities for their respective models.
