Product overview

Straight roof-exit system

The SB214 through-roof sauna chimney kit is designed for projects where the flue can rise vertically from the wood-burning sauna heater and continue through the roof. A straight route keeps the layout clean and avoids the heater-side elbow required by many side-exit installations.

The system combines rigid connector sections below the ceiling with insulated double-wall chimney sections above. The supplied roof seal and finishing plate complete the penetration area, while the cap and mounting components finish the exterior stack. Confirm the exact section lengths, roof construction and required clearances for your heater and building before ordering.

Before you order

Confirm the complete installation route

01

Match the heater

Confirm the exact heater model, flue diameter and outlet position. A matching nominal diameter does not by itself confirm the installation.

02

Review the structure

Plan every ceiling, roof or wall penetration around the actual framing, finishes and required heat protection.

03

Follow the approved documents

The heater and chimney instructions plus applicable building and fire requirements govern the final clearances and assembly.

This route is a strong fit for

  • Sauna layouts with a clear vertical route above the heater
  • Projects where a roof penetration is preferred over a wall exit
  • New installations that can coordinate the chimney position with the roof structure

Common questions

SB214 chimney kit FAQ

Is the wood-burning sauna heater included?

No. This page is for the chimney kit only. The heater, stones and heat shields are selected separately.

Can this kit be used with any sauna stove?

The connection is 115 mm, but compatibility is not based on diameter alone. Confirm the heater model, outlet position and manufacturer instructions before ordering.

Are the shown dimensions installation clearances?

No. They are reference component and assembled dimensions. Required clearances and penetration details come from the heater and chimney instructions plus local code.
