Chimney Out the Side

CHISIDSide-exit chimney stack

The CHISID carries the flue through the sauna wall and continues vertically outside. It is the right starting point when the project already has the required heater-side connection; choose the SB225 when a complete 90° elbow route is needed.

Product overview

Side-exit chimney stack

The CHISID side-exit sauna chimney kit routes a compatible 115 mm wood-heater flue through the wall before rising vertically outside the sauna. Its insulated exterior sections, tee and wall bracket create a stable outside stack while the wall pass-through and finishing pieces complete the transition.

This package does not include the heater-side 90° elbow shown in the complete SB225 system. Review the proposed route with ZAPARA before ordering so the correct connector or adapter can be matched to the exact heater. Narvi heaters require a separate adapter.

Before you order

Confirm the complete installation route

01

Match the heater

Confirm the exact heater model, flue diameter and outlet position. A matching nominal diameter does not by itself confirm the installation.

02

Review the structure

Plan every ceiling, roof or wall penetration around the actual framing, finishes and required heat protection.

03

Follow the approved documents

The heater and chimney instructions plus applicable building and fire requirements govern the final clearances and assembly.

This route is a strong fit for

  • Projects that cannot use a straight roof penetration
  • Layouts with the required heater-side connector already specified
  • Harvia, HUUM, LeisureCraft and other compatible 115 mm outlets after model verification

Common questions

CHISID chimney kit FAQ

Does this kit include the heater-side elbow?

No. CHISID is the side-exit stack and wall-transition package. Select SB225 when the complete route must include the 90° heater-side elbow.

Which heater brands can use this chimney?

The manufacturer lists compatibility with many 115 mm outlets, including LeisureCraft, HUUM and Harvia. The exact heater model and connection route still need to be verified. Narvi requires a separate adapter.

Can I use the reference dimensions as required clearances?

No. Reference dimensions describe the system. Follow the model-specific installation documents and local building and fire requirements for clearances.
