Return & Refund Policy
At ZAPARA Saunas (“ZAPARA Saunas,” “we,” “us”), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy applies to all purchases made through our websites.
1. General Conditions
All returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact info@zapara.ca before returning any product.
Products must be unused and returned in original condition with all original inner and outer packaging, accessories, parts, and documentation.
Packaging must be clean and undamaged, with no tape, labels, writing, dirt, or marks.
If opened, all components must be placed back in their original positions and shipped in the same orientation as originally received.
Improperly packed or damaged returns may be refused or subject to deductions.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee ranging from 5% up to 25% or more depending on condition.
Approved refunds are processed within up to 30 days after receipt and inspection.
2. Return Eligibility
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date the product is received.
3. Custom Saunas & Custom Sauna Kits
All custom saunas, sauna kits, and prefabricated saunas (including outdoor and barrel saunas) are final sale.
Once packaging is opened or unpacked, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
4. Transit Damage & Shipping Risk
Returned products are shipped at the customer’s risk.
Transit damage resolution may take up to 60 days and may not qualify for a carrier claim.
Customers must provide photos and videos documenting packaging and shipment condition.
Documentation must be provided within 24 hours upon request, or refund eligibility may be lost.
